Information We Collect

Lesson bookings (Acuity Scheduling)

When you book a lesson, your name, email, phone number, and payment information are collected by Acuity Scheduling (a Squarespace company). We use this to confirm appointments, send scheduling communications, and manage your account with us. We do not store your payment details ourselves.

Tournament registrations (UTR / Universal Tennis)

Players who participate in tournaments we organize register through Universal Tennis (UTR), which collects and manages player profiles and ratings independently. When we run a tournament, UTR may provide us with participant contact information (name, email, phone) so we can communicate event logistics. That data is subject to UTR's own privacy policy.

Website analytics (Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager)

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use this site — pages visited, buttons clicked, and how visitors arrive. This data is anonymized and aggregated. Google's data practices are governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

Reviews widget (Repuso)

We display customer reviews using Repuso. Repuso may set cookies or collect limited browsing data when the widget loads. See the Repuso Privacy Policy for details.

Direct contact

If you email us directly, we keep your address and message to respond. We don't add you to any lists without your knowledge.

How We Use and Move Your Information

We use a small set of tools to run the business. Here's how your data flows through them:

• Acuity → Google Contacts (via Zapier): When you book a lesson, your contact information is automatically added to our Google Contacts account, which is our primary client database. This automation is handled by Zapier.
• Acuity / UTR → EZTexting: We use EZTexting for group SMS communications (session reminders, weather alerts, program updates). Phone numbers are added manually from Acuity reservations or CSV exports from UTR tournament rosters.
• Mailchimp: We use Mailchimp for email communications. Lists may be built from Acuity clients, UTR tournament participants, or direct opt-ins.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers listed above, each bound by their own privacy policies and data processing terms.

Cookies

This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure site traffic and button interactions. These are analytics cookies only — we do not use advertising retargeting cookies on this site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

SMS Communications

By booking a lesson or registering for a tournament we organize, you consent to receive SMS communications from Forefront Tennis via EZTexting. These include scheduling confirmations, session reminders, rainout notices, and program updates.

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase.

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you're a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act:

• Right to know — what personal information we've collected about you and where it's been shared
• Right to delete — request deletion of your personal information from our records and our service providers where technically feasible
• Right to correct — request that inaccurate information about you be corrected
• Right to opt out of sale — we do not sell personal data, so this does not apply
• Right to non-discrimination — we will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights

To make a request, email us at forefronttennis@gmail.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject. We'll respond within 45 days.

Data Retention

Booking records and client contact information are retained for as long as needed to deliver services and maintain business records. Analytics data is retained per Google's default settings (14 months). If you ask us to delete your contact information, we'll do so promptly unless we're required to keep it for legal or accounting purposes.

Children's Privacy

We offer junior tennis programs. Children's information is collected through the parent or guardian who makes the booking or tournament registration — we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

When we make meaningful changes, we update the version number and date below and post the revised policy here. The version history at the top of this page documents what changed and when. Prior versions are available upon request.
